Tekvora 3D currently accepts orders only within approximately 25 km of Chandigarh. Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and nearby localities may be covered, but availability depends on the actual distance—not only the city name.

The complete address lets Tekvora review the real distance, delivery practicality and any delivery cost instead of guessing from a city name. It is handled privately and is not displayed on the public website.

Yes. A signed-in customer can save up to five private addresses in My Orders, edit or remove them, and choose one default address to prefill future quotes.

The public business base is Chandigarh, India. The exact collection point is shared privately only after an order and collection plan are confirmed, so there are no unplanned visits.

The floating Ask Tekvora panel creates a private, saved conversation with a real Tekvora person. You can return to the same thread on that browser, see replies and continue the discussion. WhatsApp remains available as a backup.

Continue with your Google account. It is the only customer sign-in method, and existing orders stay linked to the matching verified email. Tekvora never receives your Google password.

No automatic tool can approve every geometry, tolerance, support, safety or rights issue. Submit the model or a detailed brief and a human printability review will happen before any quote or production approval.

Our primary material is PLA. It works well for many decorative pieces, prototypes, school-project parts, desk accessories and light-duty functional objects. We will not describe PLA as suitable for high-heat, critical-load or certified engineering uses where it is not.

The quote form accepts STL, 3MF and OBJ model files up to 25 MB. You can also attach up to four JPG, PNG or WebP reference images. If you only have an idea, describe it and we’ll tell you what else is needed.

No. The Bambu Lab A1 Combo can create suitable multi-color prints, but model structure, purge waste, print time and color layout all matter. We confirm multi-color feasibility during review.

It depends on model size, layer height, supports, quantity, current queue and quality requirements. A small object may take much less time than a large detailed print. Any timeline is estimated until the exact model is approved.

Yes—students, hobbyists, creators and local businesses can request suitable school-model parts and simple prototypes. We can review printability, but we do not claim engineering certification or professional design validation.

Visible layer lines, small support-contact marks, slight color variation and tiny dimensional tolerances can be normal FDM characteristics. A major manufacturing issue or major mismatch with the confirmed specification is different and can be reviewed.

Record one clear, continuous unboxing video beginning before the sealed package is opened. It should show the sealed parcel, complete opening process, packaging, received item and visible issue. This evidence is required for Tekvora 3D to properly review delivery-damage, missing-piece or incorrect-content claims, subject to applicable consumer law.

Because custom prints are made for a specific request, ordinary change-of-mind returns may not be available after production begins. Incorrect items, significant manufacturing issues, serious delivery damage or major mismatches can be reviewed under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for having permission to use uploaded files and designs. Tekvora 3D may refuse work that appears to violate copyright, trademarks, licensing terms or another person’s intellectual property.

We do not accept weapons, dangerous devices, illegal objects, unsafe designs, inappropriate PLA uses or requests that violate intellectual-property rights. Safety and legality come before printability.
