Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Tekvora 3D handles personal information submitted through this website, WhatsApp or direct order communication. It applies to quote requests, customer support, order coordination, file uploads and optional newsletter sign-ups.
Tekvora 3D is based in Chandigarh, India and currently serves locations within approximately 25 km.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Name, phone number and email address when you submit a form.
- Flat, house, building, street, additional address lines, area or locality, PIN code, city, landmark, delivery instructions and approximate distance for delivery review.
- Up to five saved delivery addresses connected to a verified customer email, including the chosen default address.
- Quote descriptions, quantity, dimensions, color preferences, requested dates, customer-visible order updates and status history.
- Customer-submitted order questions, change requests, delivery requests or cancellation requests and their resolution status.
- Uploaded STL, 3MF or OBJ models and reference images.
- Live-support chat messages, conversation topic, optional order reference, contact details, timestamps, read status and conversation status.
- Messages, subjects and support details submitted through the contact form.
- Newsletter email address, consent status, unsubscribe status and campaign delivery results.
- For Google accounts: the verified email, optional display name, stable Google account identifier, sign-in time and whether the owner has disabled access.
- For anonymous analytics: a random browser-session ID, page path, time, referrer hostname, device class, browser, operating system and country code.
- For human verification: the protected form name, verification outcome, general failure reason and time. The human-check log does not store an IP address or device fingerprint.
- Basic technical information needed for security, reliable delivery of the site and error prevention.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a print request.
How information is used
Information may be used to:
- Review printability and prepare quote requests.
- Connect signed-in customers with quote, chat and order records using a matching email address.
- Communicate through the saved live-support thread about feasibility, price, model changes and timelines.
- Fulfil confirmed orders and coordinate delivery or collection.
- Provide customer support and review return, replacement or refund claims.
- Send Tekvora Lab newsletters only where the subscriber has consented, and honor unsubscribe requests.
- Prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures and maintain service security.
Submitting a newsletter address does not add it to order marketing without consent.
Uploaded models and images
Uploaded files are used to evaluate and, where an order is confirmed, produce the requested print. They may contain creative or commercially sensitive work, so Tekvora 3D aims to limit access to the order workflow.
Do not upload files you are not allowed to use. Customer IP responsibilities are also explained in the Terms & Conditions.
Retention and deletion
Quote, live-chat, contact-message, order and uploaded-file records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, fulfilment, support, accounting, dispute handling, security or legal obligations. Newsletter records may be kept until the subscriber unsubscribes or the list is cleaned.
You may contact Tekvora 3D to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it or where an active order or dispute makes deletion inappropriate.
Device preferences and cookies
The website stores the dark/light theme choice on the visitor’s own device. This preference is not an order record. Hosting and security infrastructure may use necessary cookies or similar technology to deliver and protect the site.
For a guest live chat, a private HTTP-only browser cookie reconnects that browser to its saved conversation. The cookie is not available to page scripts and normally expires after 30 days. A signed-in customer may also be matched to their chat through the verified email.
Google sign-in and the owner console use signed HTTP-only session cookies. Google access and identity tokens are verified during sign-in and are not stored by Tekvora. The analytics session identifier is stored only in session storage and normally disappears when the browser session ends.
Privacy-safe site analytics
Tekvora 3D uses first-party analytics to understand page traffic and improve the website. Analytics records do not include a visitor’s name, email address, stored IP address, exact location or a device fingerprint. Country-level information may be supplied by the hosting network.
Analytics events are kept for up to 90 days and then automatically removed. The tracker does not send an event when the browser reports Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The private owner dashboard displays only shortened anonymous session IDs.
Sign in and private dashboards
My Orders uses Sign in with Google only. Tekvora requests the OpenID, email and basic-profile scopes; it receives a verified email, stable Google account identifier and optional display name, but never your Google password. On the first successful sign-in, a matching verified email is safely linked to the existing Tekvora customer record so earlier quotes, addresses, discounts, chats and orders remain available. Later sign-ins use the stable account link.
The owner console requires one of the privately allowlisted Google accounts plus a separate PBKDF2-hashed console password, automatic lockouts and a time-limited signed session. Approved marketer accounts use their own separate password and can see only their own referral code, attributed-order status, commission, bonus progress and payout records—not customer contact details, internal profit, owner controls, code, security or another marketer’s data. The owner can disable a customer account; this immediately prevents that Google-linked account from using private features, while public pages remain readable.
Customer records and saved addresses are not displayed through public analytics.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect submitted information, including server-side validation and controlled storage for quote records, support chats and uploads. Starting a public quote, contact, newsletter or live-chat session requires an expiring, signed, one-time human-verification token; reused, missing or invalid tokens are rejected.
Further live-chat messages require the private conversation session or matching signed-in identity. Owner recovery requires a time-limited email code, and browser code editing is limited to validated CSS with automatic backups.
No online system can promise absolute security, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary secrets or sensitive documents.
Your choices
You can choose not to upload a file and instead describe an idea. Newsletter subscription is optional, and marketing messages should include a way to stop future emails. You may contact Tekvora 3D with a privacy request or question.
